Polperro Water Carnival Returns – Saturday 11 July 2026

One of South East Cornwall's most popular community events is almost here - and the harbour is ready for a day of glorious mayhem!

The Polperro Water Carnival is back on Saturday 11 July, bringing with it the full cast of beloved traditions: the raft race, sculling relays, the Miller & Sweep, a three-legged pub crawl and a treasure hunt to kick the day off. Fancy dress is very much encouraged.

Admission is free and the fun runs from 9am through to the awards ceremony at around 5:30pm. Parking is limited so arrive early – and if you’re planning to take part in any of the water-based events, pack a change of clothes.
