The Trustees use the relevant sections of the Government Ports Good Governance Guidance Document (PGG) to help manage the Harbour. We meet 10 times per year and publish the minutes in the this section of the website. For many years the Harbour was managed effectively by informal means and we now see the need for a more formal approach in some areas. We will be adding additional documents to this section in the coming months
