A WARM WELCOME TO ALL OUR VISITORS

All visiting boats are welcome to moor on the buoys outside our harbour entrance, simply contact the harbour master on VHF channel 17 and he will advise you of availability and give you advice on where best to moor.  When you arrive, using your tender, either visit the museum tearooms, The Blue Peter Inn or meet our harbour master and pay the mooring fee due, which is currently set at £15 per night (2020).

We don't have any specific facilities for visiting boats, but you are welcome to use the toilets at the Harbour Museum and good food and drink are to be found in any of the many pubs and eating establishments.

Please make sure you moor as shown in the image on the left, leaving the entrance channel to the harbour gate clear so that the trawlers and day (tripping) boats can come into the harbour at any time of the day (or night) without obstructions.
